·What happens when you access the web camera application?

Like most wind u100 owners, my MSI came with an evil BisonCam ver 0.3. You can sort of get it to work with CamTwist, but the latency is ridiculous. I ordered a replacement cam for it on ebay from a newer model u100 thinking it would be more compatible, and received a BisonCam Ver. DISC CAN BE FOUND ON TPB!! 'MSIWindosx86' So the custom installer disc is finally here. This is the first release for the disc and consider it a beta as we wanted to get some feedback from the community. This is currently the easiest option to install Mac OS X Leopard on the MSI Wind notebook. So, I needed a Mac for a friend's projects. (I'm developing some applications for iOS for him.) I ended up installing the 10.6.8 version of Snow Leopard on an MSI Wind u100 netbook that he lent me for the purpose. Dec 30, 2009  I opted to buy a MSI Wind U123, the upgraded cousin of the U120, which differs in that it has removable RAM, the new Atom N280 processor. After a bit of playing with my U123 Netbook, I have successfully installed Mac OS 10.5.7 on it using a EFI Emulator method using a retail OS X Leopard DVD and Chameleon 2.0RC1 (like Boot-321/Boot-123, PC-EFI).

Realtek Releases Drivers for Hackintosh MSI Winds by Amos Ngai Dec 16, 2008, 5:53 PM For the industrious types, obtaining an illegal copy of a “hacked” Mac OS X installation can be easily found.

Method 1

While I was searching for the web camera driver in the MSI website I found that there are no drivers available for it as it uses the native bundled in operating system. Which means that web camera uses the drivers available within Windows 7.

I would suggest that you uninstall the Web camera from the computer using the device manager and restart the computer after which the drivers should be automatically installed on the computer.

a)Open Device Manager by clicking the Start buttonD link dwa 110 drivers for mac.

b)Click Control Panel, click System and Security, and then, under System, click Device Manager. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

c)Look for an entry under imaging devices, right click the web camera entry and click on Delete.

d)Restart the computer and check if it works.

Method 2

If the above step fails then I would suggest that you download and install the web camera software from the below link and check if you can access the web camera on the computer.

Make sure that you click on Utility section in the below link to download the web camera software
